Restoring to Freedom
What We Treat
Whether your struggle is with pornography or extends into broader sexual behaviors, both can begin to impact your mood, relationships, and daily life. If you have tried to stop but find yourself returning to the same patterns, you are not alone. I help men find the support and structure needed to create lasting change.

After ten years in pastoral ministry and completing my doctorate, I felt called to help those struggling with porn and sex addiction. I have been free from sex addiction for over 25 years and bring both personal and professional insight to this work.
My mission is to help individuals break free from addiction and build a life with healthy boundaries and practical coping strategies. My doctoral research focused on clergy sexual misconduct, and I use a biopsychosocial-spiritual (BPSS) approach to support lasting change.

Healing the Whole Person
Understanding the patterns behind addiction
Addiction is rarely just about behavior. It often follows a cycle that is driven by deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and the way the brain and body respond to stress.
This approach focuses on the whole person through a biopsychosocial-spiritual model, helping you understand how these patterns develop and repeat over time. We explore areas such as attachment, trauma, and early life experiences, including adverse childhood experiences (ACE), to uncover what is driving the cycle.
By bringing awareness to these patterns, it becomes possible to interrupt the cycle and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change.
